MECHANICS

1. Promo shall run from April 1 to July 31, 2008 in all participating outlets of Saver’s Mart and Saver’s Digital Hub Appliance Depot.
2. For every P1,000 single receipt purchase, customer gets one raffle entry. To redeem your raffle tickets simply present the official receipt at the redemption center of the participating outlets.
3. The customer must fill up the raffle ticket with his/her name, address, telephone number and signature then drop the raffle ticket at any designated Saver’s Summer Saya sa Bora drop box. Deadline for submission of entries for participating outlets in on July 31,2008.
4. A participant can only win once. If a name gets picked more than once, he/she gets the bigger prize.
5. Winners will be notified through telephone and registered mail.
6. Winners must present his/her claim stub and valid identification (employee or student ID, passport) to claim prizes. Prizes not claimed within sixty days after the receipt of registered mail will be forfeited in favor the Saver’s Group of Companies with prior approval of DTI.
7. Prizes are not convertible to cash. Same goes for consolation prizes, which cannot be replaced with other products, brands, types or model.
8. Redemption center for GMA winners is at #955 North EDSA, Quezon City. While for the provincial winners they can just claim their prizes at the Saver’s branch where they got their winning raffle ticket.
9. Winners shall be responsible for the 20 percent withholding tax for prizes exceeding the amount of P100,000.
10. All employees of Saver’s Group of Companies participating outlets including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified to joint this promo.
11. The grand draw will be on Friday, August 8,2008, 5pm, at Saver’s Digital Hub Appliance Depot, 955 North EDSA, Quezon City.
12. Trip validity is within one year from the date of its issuance to the winner.
